Witam serdecznie!
Rozpoczęliśmy budowę LK&172 w sierpniu 2008.Znalezliśmy dom,który odpowiadał wymiarom naszej działki.Nie mieliśmy za dużego wyboru,ale udało się.Dom ma klasyczne kształty i ciekawe wnętrze.Wiele zmieniliśmy m.in ścianki działowe oraz wydłużyliśmy bryłę o 1 m na długość.
Jesteśmy na etapie kupowania okien.Mamy już dach,ale nie mam zdjęć.Może jutro:)

My też budujemy ten domek, u nas jeszcze nic nie widać, ale wiosną zaczynamy dalsze prace. Jeśli macie więcej zdjęć to poprosze o zamieszczenie!

Dzięki bardzo za zdjęcia. Widzę, że Wasze prace postępuja szybko. Mieszkanie wyszło bardzo ładnie. Teraz jak zobaczyłam zdjęcia to projekt podoba mi się jeszcze bardziej. Jakbyś mogła to pokaż co zmieniliście w projekcie! :)

W jakiej miejscowości budujecie dom?

Dom ma jedną wadę.Nie ma garderoby.Dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się na 3 wielkie szafy wnękowe.Skany będę miała jutro.Może się Wam przydadzą.Dom jest na podkarpaciu:)Mamy kilka okien dachowych więcej m.in w salonie "bez sufitu".
Wiele osób odradzało nam salon,który ma tak dużą przestrzeń,ale wygląda to naprawdę wspaniale.I sprawia,że dom wygląda inaczej niż wszystkie.Dodam zdjęcia ze środka już z dachem.Zobaczysz.Pozdrawiam.

Szkoda ze nie ma garderoby i chociaż małej spiżarni obok kuchni też nad tym myślałam ale zostało tak jak jest. Też niewiem co z tym sufitem, wiem że wygląda to super bo widziałam na zdjęciach w i nternecie ale przeraża mnie ta przestrzeń myśleliśmy o suficie podwieszanym bo też nikt nie może sobie wyobrazić pokoju bez sufit!

Szkoda.Układ tego domu jest ciężki:)Dlatego poprawiliśmy go.Miejsca na garderobe niestety nie dalo juz rady zrobić.Jutro dam skany i wtedy zobaczysz zmiany.Ten salon "bez sufitu" jest naprawdę świetny i wtedy da się tam zrobić schody na góre na strych,zeby już nie pomnijeszać i tak małego korytarza.Mamy duzo zmian-tak jak pisałam.Pozdrowienia.

Mam 2 pytania. Jaki był koszt stropu i z jakich materiałów jest wykonany oraz koszt dachu??

Jeśli chodzi o strop to był wykonany z betonu.Jego koszt to ok.4000.Natomiast materiały na dach to koszt ok.30 000 bez robocizny. Musisz wiedzieć,że ta sama karpiówka jest już dzisiaj tańsza niż we wrześniu.A na wiosnę będzie jeszcze tańsza,bo ceny materiałów idą w dół.My to też teraz zauważamy.Pamiętam o zmianach. Muszę je ze zeskanować,a nie miałam czasu.Nasz dom na 136 m,a nie tak jak w projekcie 124 m,wydłużyliśmy go i ma nie 16 na długość ,a 18m.Natomiast szerokość pozostała taka sama.Dlatego też nasz dach był bardzo duży.Po zmianach nasz salon ma ponad 40 m,a te dwa pokoje z przodu po 14.Także koszt tego domu zwiększył się trochę niby tylko 2 m,ale widać ogromną różnicę.Służę informacjami.

To jest sporo większy. A ni się wydawało że to już 16m jest za dużo i chciałam salon zmniejszać :)Strop z betonu lanego? nie teriva??Będę czekać na skany.

Bardzo ładny domek :D A dach mnie powalił :o Zawsze bardzo podobała mi sie karpiówka :) I do tego wybraliscie na prawde ładny kolor.
Mysle,że wnętrza będą równie przemyslane i nie moge sie doczekać dalszych zdjęć :D
